This page is your go-to resource for all the details on how we handle shipping, delivery times, and what to do if you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase. Where is my delivery?

Log into your Quantum Tech FPV account and check your order history to see the current status of your product. Given your chosen shipping options, each order will indicate if it was dispatched and/or include a tracking link, if available. If the status of your order is dispatched but you cannot view the tracking information, it implies that your product is being packaged and will be shipped soon. Processing indicates that your order has been received and will be shipped as soon as it is possible.

How soon will my order be shipped?

When placing an order, allow at least one business day for processing and shipping. While we usually try to ship out all in-stick orders that are placed by 2:00pm IST the same day, we cannot always promise such a quick turnaround. Please keep in mind that the days listed are working days, from Monday through Friday.

Unused and New Goods

On all new, unused equipment (except drones), Quantum Tech FPV offers a 7-day return period beginning on the day the item(s) was delivered to the customer. Anything delivered more than 7 days ago is not eligible for return. No return options will be provided if the product(s) received have been used, opened, or damaged. A 25% restocking fee will be charged if the item is brand new but needs to be packed. Quantum Tech FPV will not reimburse the shipping costs for any returned items (it is advised to select a delivery option with tracking). Any warranty seals that are on the packing must be complete. The return will not be processed and the item(s) will be sent back to the client if the condition of the returned item(s) is not New and Unused or included accessories are missing.

Policy on Cancellations

Orders are handled as soon as they are placed. Therefore, cancelling the order MAY NOT be feasible. If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us via contact form, WhatsApp, or phone at 9960515892. (*Order cancellation may be possible under very narrow circumstances following meticulous proof verification. Therefore, we urge our valued clients to use caution when placing orders. Once your request to CANCEL is approved, we'll need your bank information and UPI to repay you.

Plug-and-fly drone returns

Quantum Tech FPV offers a 7-day return policy on its Plug and Fly Drones. If there are manufacturing flaws, the company will decide whether to replace the drone or accept a return; if a replacement is chosen, a new drone will be shipped after we receive the defective drone from the customer.

Process of Return

To request a return or exchange, use the contact form online. If the returned item is defective, we will send you a return label as soon as the return request is approved. If the item is brand-new and unopened, you must arrange for return shipment to our company. Returning new or unwanted items requires a tracking ID. Once your order has been delivered to our facilities, please let us 3-5 business days to process it. It could take up to 7–14 business days for things that need significant testing. Once a representative from Quantum Tech FPV has given his or her approval, the consumer will receive a reimbursement. Unless a faulty or defective product has been delivered, orders cannot be cancelled. Quantum Tech FPV retains the right to refuse any refunds or exchanges. Payment of the return freight costs
