Quantum Tech FPV offers a 7-day return policy on its Plug and Fly Drones. If there are manufacturing flaws, the company will decide whether to replace the drone or accept a return; if a replacement is chosen, a new drone will be shipped after we receive the defective drone from the customer.
To request a return or exchange, use the contact form online. If the returned item is defective, we will send you a return label as soon as the return request is approved. If the item is brand-new and unopened, you must arrange for return shipment to our company. Returning new or unwanted items requires a tracking ID. Once your order has been delivered to our facilities, please let us 3-5 business days to process it. It could take up to 7–14 business days for things that need significant testing. Once a representative from Quantum Tech FPV has given his or her approval, the consumer will receive a reimbursement.
